PRODUCT REGISTRATION

Congratulations on your recent purchase, and welcome to the PRIOLITE family. All products purchased from PRIOLITE North America come with a full 90 day repair or exchange warranty. In case you have a problem and we can’t fix it remotely, all you have to do is send the defective item back to us (RMA required) and we will either repair or exchange it at no cost to you. We’ll even pay for returning the item to you.

All electronics in our strobes are covered by an industry-leading extended 2-year warranty. If anything goes wrong and your strobe fails, we’ll replace the parts at no cost to you for up to two years after your original purchase date. In order to take advantage of this free offer, you must register your strobe with us by using the product registration form below. Failure to do so within 90 days of purchase will void your extended coverage warranty, and the warranty for your strobe will expire after 90 days.

 

Here’s what we cover:

90-day warranty

  • applies to all products
  • if anything fails, all you have to do is ship it back to us at your cost; we will either fix or replace it at our cost
  • does not cover accidental damage caused by improper handling (for example such as drops, spills, use of unapproved chargers, use of third-party bulbs, bent or broken-off contact pins, and any impact related damages)
  • does not cover physical damage to the glass dome, or failure of the bulbs/tubes regardless of age or usage
  • does not cover units that have been tampered with by an unauthorized party as a result of trying to “fix” a problem

1 year extended warranty (remote only)

  • we pay for all parts and labor related to mechanical and electrical failure of any of our HotSync remotes within 1 year of the original purchase (valid receipt required)
  • you need to ship the unit back to us at your cost; we will either fix or replace it at our cost, and ship it back to you free of charge
  • does not cover accidental damage (see above), batteries

1 year extended warranty

  • upon registration within 90 days, we pay for all parts and labor related to mechanical and electrical failure of any of our strobes within 1 year of the original purchase
  • you need to ship the unit back to us at your cost; we will either fix or replace it at our cost, and ship it back to you free of charge
  • does not cover accidental damage (see above), batteries, bulbs/tubes, and bulb covers (glass dome)

2nd year extended warranty

  • upon registration within 90 days, we pay for all parts related to mechanical and electrical failure of any of our strobes during your second year of ownership
  • you need to ship the unit back to us at your cost; we will either fix or replace it at your cost (you only pay for labor where applicable, not for parts, or return shipping to you)
  • does not cover accidental damage (see above), batteries, bulbs/tubes, and bulb covers (glass dome)
