In case you have a problem and we can’t fix it remotely, all you have to do is send the defective item back to us (RMA required) and we will either repair or exchange it at no cost to you. We’ll even pay for returning the item to you.
All electronics in our strobes are covered by an industry-leading extended 2-year warranty. If anything goes wrong and your strobe fails, we’ll replace the parts at no cost to you for up to two years after your original purchase date. In order to take advantage of this free offer, you must register your strobe with us by using the product registration form below. Failure to do so within 90 days of purchase will void your extended coverage warranty, and the warranty for your strobe will expire after 90 days.
