Product Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing upon purchase of a product from PRIOLITE.US, all goods are checked before they are sent out. In the unlikely event that goods are faulty, they must be returned to PRIOLITE.US within the applicable warranty period. Strobes and other lights include a limited extended 2 year warranty, all other items (flash tubes etc.) are covered by a 90 day warranty. Access to extended warranty may require product registration. If a product is under warranty, PRIOLITE.US will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair the damage in accordance with the applicable warranty terms. If goods are found to be in working condition, and/or the warranty claim is based on failure to understand the technology and/or user error, goods will be returned to the user at their expense, and an additional $100 service charge will be assessed. If there is evidence that the product has been modified, or an effort to “fix” it has been made, all warranties, implied or otherwise, will be void. Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer and requires a RMA. RMA's expire 10 days after they are issued. You must visit the support section at PRIOLITE.US to obtain warranty service and/or a RMA.

Product Delivery

All items available in the PRIOLITE.US online store are usually shipped within 21 business days, unless otherwise noted. All orders are shipped to the billing address only. Occasionally and at its sole discretion, PRIOLITE.US may ship to another address than the billing address, if requested by you. Most items are shipped within 48 hrs, but some items may require backordering, customization, or additional processing. In the rare event that items are temporary unavailable, and if we expect to ship you order after 21 business days, PRIOLITE.US will notify you of any such delays within 21 business days after your order was placed. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. Goods cannot be returned for any reason. If the item is defective or faulty within or after the warranty period has expired, you must follow the RMA procedure to receive service. Any order discrepancies must be communicated within 30 days of order receipt, after which we cannot be held responsible for any missing items

Limitation of Liability

PRIOLITE.US shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if PRIOLITE.US has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a PRIOLITE.US product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, PRIOLITE.US reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PRIOLITE.US reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PRIOLITE.US shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by PRIOLITE.US without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Miscellaneous
